As we continue to expand our presence in the U.S. market, we are building a locally based team to provide customers with reliable on-the-ground support and an exceptional overall event experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience & Event Operations Associate based in the United States to support our growing U.S. operations.
In this role, you will assist customers before and during selected live events, support event-related coordination, and work closely with the Zayail LLC team to help ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience.
The position combines remote customer support with occasional on-site responsibilities at selected events.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support before and during live events.
Assist customers with event-related questions and logistical information.
Support ticket delivery and customer coordination when required.
Provide on-site customer support at selected events.
Assist with hospitality and event-related arrangements.
Coordinate with customers and the Zayail LLC team to resolve time-sensitive issues.
Help ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
Support the continued development of Zayail LLC's U.S. operations.
Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to handle time-sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
Interest in sports, concerts, entertainment, live events, or hospitality.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.
Willingness to travel locally to selected events when required.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, ticketing, travel, or event operations is preferred but not required.
